The shares (NLBR SV) are listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and GDRs (NLB LI) trade on the London Stock Exchange, with combined ADTV in 2026 exceeding EUR 2.0 million. The shareholder base comprises some of the world's most reputable institutional investors — pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and asset managers — with US, UK and Continental European institutions holding more than 60% of equity. The Republic of Slovenia holds a blocking minority (25%+1 share) and EBRD remains a publicly disclosed holder above 5%. The other publicly disclosed holder exceeding 5% ownership is Brandes.
